O2 Live & Loud - Naming, Branding & Packaging
To create packaging for a new music proposition, available for purchase through O2 Retail Stores and online at O2Blueroom.ie
The new music offering was to encompass 2 products. The first an exclusive unplugged gig download with artist interview, and the second an exclusive live-streamed gig for fans who couldn't get tickets for the live event.
The brand Live & Loud was created to deliver the two products. The naming convention of a combination of two opposing words was developed from the research about O2 and previous product launches.
A credit card style gift card was created to advertise individual acts and to encourage in-store purchasing. For the launch, packaging was developed to give shelf-shout in a busy retail environment and branded staff T-Shirts & posters were printed to drive interest in the launch.
The gift cards also featured in the O2 Retail magazine called Connect distributed to stores nationwide.
